2. Cancellation Policy

Before Service Activation

A cancellation request may be considered if:

• Payment has been made.
• Service has not yet been activated, published, processed, or initiated.

Approved cancellations may be eligible for a refund after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, and administrative costs.

After Service Activation

Once any of the following has occurred:

• Listing is published
• Advertisement is launched
• Marketing campaign is activated
• Leads are generated or shared
• Promotional activity has started

The service shall be considered utilized and may become non-cancellable and non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.

• Technical error resulting in incorrect billing.
• Service purchased but not activated due to reasons solely attributable to BrandsMART.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Lack of sales or revenue.

4. No Guarantee of Business Results

BrandsMART is a business networking and lead generation platform.

We do not guarantee:

• Lead quantity
• Lead quality
• Sales volume
• Business partnerships
• Franchise success
• Distributor appointments
• Dealer appointments
• Investor participation
• Revenue generation
• Return on Investment (ROI)

Therefore, refunds shall not be granted based on business outcomes or performance expectations.

5. Lead Generation Services

For lead generation campaigns:

• Leads are delivered on a best-effort basis.
• Lead quality and conversion rates may vary.
• Once leads have been delivered or shared, no refund shall be applicable.

6. Advertising & Promotional Services

Advertising, promotional, and digital marketing services involve immediate allocation of resources and advertising expenses.

Accordingly:

• Activated campaigns are non-refundable.
• Marketing budgets already spent cannot be refunded.
• Any platform fees charged by third-party advertising networks are non-refundable.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved:

• Refunds shall be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
• Processing may take 7–15 business days depending on the payment provider and banking system.
• Payment gateway charges, taxes, and administrative fees may be deducted where applicable.

8. Modification of Services

• Service upgrades

• Plan changes

Additional charges may apply.

9. Fraudulent Claims

BrandsMART reserves the right to reject any refund request that is:

• Fraudulent
• Misleading
• Abusive
• Unsupported by evidence
