3. Cancellation After Service Activation

• Featured Listing Activation
• Advertising Campaign Launch
• Lead Generation Campaign
• Digital Marketing Services
• Distributor, Dealer, Franchisee, Channel Partner, Super Stockist, or C&F Recruitment Campaigns

the service shall be considered utilized and cancellation may not be permitted.

4. No Cancellation for Completed Services

No cancellation request will be accepted once the purchased service has been fully delivered or completed.

BrandsMART reserves the right to suspend, reject, or cancel any service, listing, advertisement, or account if:
